1. Introduction to each position

(1) Captain. The captain is the person in charge of the steel pouring operation, responsible for the production, organizational management, equipment maintenance and use, as well as safety and civilized production of the unit; Ensure the completion of production tasks and various technical and economic indicators assigned by the workshop; Strictly follow the operating procedures during production to guide production; Pay attention to important links such as steel liquid connection, process temperature control, pouring operation, tundish replacement operation, and continuous pouring of different steel grades; Take emergency measures at any time to reduce accidents and ensure normal production of continuous casting; Carefully inspect and monitor the equipment, and master the equipment condition of this unit.

(2) Steel pouring worker. The steel pouring worker is the specific executor of the steel pouring operation, composed of several workers, each team member is responsible for completing the following tasks: checking the equipment condition of the unit before pouring steel, preparing tools and raw materials; Strictly follow the operating procedures during steel pouring production to carry out various operations; In case of an accident, cooperate with the captain to troubleshoot; Carefully inspect and maintain the equipment, and immediately report any equipment malfunctions to the captain; Conduct civilized production and keep the site clean and tidy; Unconditionally obey the captain's work arrangements and operating instructions.

(3) Dummy operator. The dummy ingot operator is responsible for mastering the condition of the equipment on duty, preparing for various equipment inspections, and promptly contacting relevant personnel to handle any problems found, ensuring normal production; Responsible for controlling and monitoring various operating components on the ingot operation platform during pouring production; Perform operations such as feeding dummy ingots, casting and stripping ingots, and cutting heads; In case of any abnormalities during production, promptly contact the captain and take corresponding measures to reduce losses.

(4) Cutting worker. The cutting worker is responsible for mastering the condition of the equipment on duty, preparing for various equipment inspections, and promptly contacting relevant personnel to handle any problems found to ensure normal production; Responsible for controlling and monitoring various operating components on the cutting console during pouring production; During the cutting operation, the continuous casting billet should be strictly cut according to the specified size; Immediately contact the captain and take measures to resolve any abnormalities during production.

(5) Main control room operator. The operator in the main control room is responsible for inspecting, controlling, and monitoring various signals, indicator lights, instruments, and buttons in the main control room; Communicate various production instructions, process temperatures, and previous process times to relevant positions; Provide feedback on continuous casting equipment, production, and accident situations; During the pouring process, pay attention to controlling the vibration parameters of the cooling water and crystallizer according to the operating procedures; Record various production data and situations truthfully, accurately, and clearly.

2. Information transmission and feedback between different positions

(1) The captain and the main control room operator. The information transmitted to each other mainly includes data related to pouring equipment, information on production control of the previous process, pouring parameters, and abnormal pouring situations.

(2) Captain and steel pouring worker. The captain issued the following instructions to the steel pouring worker: operation instructions, accident handling instructions, and special operation instructions. The steel pouring worker should provide feedback on the execution of instructions to the captain. In addition, the steel pouring worker should report the inspection of quality and safety work to the captain.

(3) The captain and dummy ingot worker and cutting worker. The captain issues operation instructions, accident handling instructions, and special operation instructions. Feedback on the execution of instructions from the dummy ingot worker and cutting worker. In addition, the dummy ingot workers and cutting workers should report the causes and processes of various accidents, as well as the defects on the surface of the continuous casting billet, to the captain.

(4) Main control room operators and steel pouring workers. The operator in the main control room communicates various production instructions to the steel pouring worker, reporting process temperature, rhythm time, steel liquid connection, cooling water data, and mold vibration. The steel pouring worker shall provide timely feedback on the pouring situation of the continuous casting machine and various accident situations.

(5) Main control room operators, dummy ingot workers, and cutting workers. The information reported by the operator in the main control room mainly includes production plan arrangement, various pouring production requirements, and production operation procedures. The dummy ingot worker and cutting worker should provide timely feedback on situations such as sending dummy ingots, removing ingots, cutting casting billets, and abnormal accidents.
